Agreement
By accessing the prismVox website or using the prismVox service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
prismVox is a private Voice over IP platform that combines an iPhone client with managed telephony infrastructure, including calling, messaging, and routing operations. The public website is informational and does not provide public enrollment.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use prismVox for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing communications.
- Do not interfere with the service, network, or related infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract source, or bypass access controls.
- Do not misuse telephony resources, carrier integrations, or automated messaging paths.
Emergency Services
prismVox is not a replacement for traditional phone service and should not be relied on for emergency calling. Maintain access to a conventional mobile or landline service for emergency use.
Availability
Service availability depends on infrastructure, third-party carrier systems, Apple platform services, and network conditions. LaClair Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Third-Party Services
prismVox uses third-party infrastructure where needed, including Apple push delivery, telephony providers, and Cloudflare Pages for the public website. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
prismVox, its branding, design, and software are the property of LaClair Technologies. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service as provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaClair Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of prismVox.
